If Nick had been the cutter, you would have been able to see other scars along with the pit-bull attack. Of course, Nick could have been fronting, too. I just don't see how someone could keep that hidden if its on the arms. They do costume changings... But, if you wanted to do it, you could. All a matter of will. But, I'll stick to the assumption of Howie, AJ, or Brian.
