I'm so happy to see this updated! Great chapter! Interesting notes on Cary's feeling for Nick, no surprise that she's not quite in love with him yet. It all takes time. Can't wait for the major drama surrounding this transplant...amazing job.

Yeah, even though Cary's had a crush on Nick for awhile, it seems a little soon for her to start using the L-word... they haven't been "together" very long, so it's hard to tell. So excited to see an update for this. I understand why Cary is hesitant to fall for Nick...but it is good she is still supporting him..the transplant will be a hard thing to go through and I am glad he isn't doing it alone. Great chapter looking forward to more!

Hooray for the update! Cary is so adorable talking about Nick. She is clearly falling so hard for him. It's cute, but it's also kind of sad based on the fact that Nick's life is so difficult and even uncertain right now. Also of course loved Nick singing the OC song and Cary asking him about it - lol. They should watch it when Nick's recovering, ha! I'm glad that his tests came back with good results and that Nick can go ahead with the transplant. I really hope that it works out for him. I also really liked the comment about how it seemed like Nick was getting nominated for office, it made me giggle. Great chapter as always, Julie! I was so happy to see an update to this when I woke up this morning :)

I liked this one. They finally got a break from the cancer and time alone which they both needed. Now for the transplant regime. I rfeally hope that works. He deserves to live. but either way I am reading this to the end. Excellent story. One of the best on the net. Please never stop writing you have real talent much more than 99% of the authors on here. Keep it up.

And then the bit about cancer or no cancer... This also had me cracking up. Such a Nick thought, and such a guy thing lmao.
The scene at the lawyer's was sad though, Nick's right, he shouldn't be having to make these decisions yet, but...there it is. And poor Nick, these are the sort of choices and thoughts that can keep you up all night. *hugs him tight*
