Poor Nick.I can't imagine as a fan being Cary and having to see him like this. I'm glad that he was able to have a good night's sleep. Love the part with Howie finding her doing her "walk of shame" even though it really wasn't one.LOL. I would be embarrassed too if I were her. Especially with Brian! Can't wait for more :)

cary is really great... i love it, how she helps nick... so naturally and without giving him the feeling, that she feels sorry for him ... I think that is something, that is hard to bear when you are sick ... everyone treats you differently... and the compassion on the faces of the others...
cary felt helpless??? it didn't seem so... this idea with the ice cubes and so on, was really great :)

god!!! it is so hard to "see", how bad nick feels and it makes me really sad but then, he says something like that, and i have to laugh again :)
i loved the scene with the fans, they were really nice... and howie is soo sweet LOL it's so funny, that he thinks, they are sleeping together ;)

And I like putting some comic relief in there, so glad that made you laugh! :) The fan encounter and the scene with Howie were both fun parts to write. Thanks again! No worries, your English is fine! I have no trouble understanding what you're saying. I took four years of German in high school, and I totally understand what you mean - I can understand enough to get the "gist" of it when I read in German, but trying to write in German and have it be grammatically correct and make sense is hard!! I wouldn't be able to do it. I appreciate you going to the effort of leaving me reviews! :) Where are you from?

Great chapter - though I thought I missed this update! Not sure why, but I feel like Nick sort of gave in to Cary. He's been very stubborn but this chapter, he wasn't like that. Maybe it's the first one many submissions when it comes to his sickness. Or maybe I'm just completely out in left field because I'm exhausted and have been stuck in an office all day haha
Author's Response: Thanks! No, I don't think you're out of left field at all. I think it's a sign of how bad he was feeling that he gave up and let her take care of him, instead of trying to keep up a brave front and act like nothing's wrong while he's puking his guts out. He just couldn't pretend anymore, and he felt too sick to really care if she came in or if she stayed or not. You're right; he finally did have to submit to it. Glad you enjoyed the chapter, and thanks for your review!! :)

And now I want to hug Nick even more. I liked the part where Cary ran into Howie, and he was all smiles and nice. Howie really is Sweet D, aww. I liked that she sort of played along with the fact that they all think she's sleeping with Nick. She's so awesome. Another great chapter! Can't wait for more :)

Poor Nick :( The second half of this chapter just makes me want to give him a big hug. I totally get what Cary said about him being a magnet on stage, you just cannot take your eyes off that guy! He just draws you right in. Great chapter Julie!

I get that feeling when I read other stories like this and hers, and I love writing stories like that too, obviously. Poor Nick. :( We fanfic writers are so cruel to him sometimes LOL. I love thier banter back and forth. They seem like such a good fit with each other. Cary's first fan experience was so cute! But I just can't picture Just Want You To Know being sung with a ukalale. lol!

Awwwww this was good TR! Cary finally gets why he'd want this last hoorah if this was truly the end. None of us would ever completely understand, but now she can at least see the reasons behind the insanity.
Poor Nick :( He's finally accepting what's happening. Hope he realizes it's gonna be harder before it gets better.
