I am really feeling Kevin's pain here. I have been in that position before when I want to say, "Don't talk to me; don't touch me." Really powerful, Mae. Well, I guess it's the end of this world, as they know it. Funny that they need to get to the museum of natural history to get away from this unnatural place. BTW, I voted, but let me tell you.....it was a difficult choice!

First of all, great chapter Mare. I often wonder why people say "they are in a better place" too...how do they know? LOL. Whatever they do, they will have to act quick, I'm not sure how long the rip in time will stay open for them and they don't want to miss the chance of getting home.
Secondly, I vote that Kevin grabs the other Nick at the last minute and takes him back to their world. Maybe on the way to the travel spot they could run into him somehow and talk, Kevin could realise that this Nick deserves a second chance, he could realise that he is just like their Nick in every way and won't be able to just leave him in a world which has no future. But whatever happens, I'm sure I'll love it!
