To begin with, Jane’s a big bitch and urgh… I just feel bad for Alyssa since Nick kept falling for Jane’s “She’s so mean, Nick!” complaints. It’s nice to see that he stands up to her and he starts seeing what she really acts like.
Next… The bedroom that Nick designs and decorates is SUCH a cute gesture from him. Like seriously… I love it!
I’m glad Olivia showed up to help out with Alyssa and to subdue Jane a bit. Ali really needs it!! And if Nick’s not going to help his fiancé, then she can only rely on her siblings!
I LOVE the change in the Boys since Kevin’s departure from the group. I don’t want to blame Kevin for anything, but I really do think they’ve loosened up a lot in his absence. And Brian’s HILARIOUS!
When Nick says: “Because really it all comes down to us, even after our kids are grown up and move out it’s just going to be us,” I think that it really sums up their relationship. Like I was talking about the other day, when they were just friends, the world seemingly stopped for one another. And I hope that they can get that back someday. Because right now, they’re letting the outside stress get to them and ruin their relationship. But it seems like they both realize what’s happening and they’re hoping that things will change for the better soon!
Dude… The drama has definitely begun. I read the last part of the chapter, knowing full well what’s going on, but still like, “OMG You can’t just stop there!!” So yeah. It was really good!

Okay, so this chapter was definitely a great addition to this story. I loved the narrative parts, of coarse. I always enjoy seeing what's going on inside of one of the characters head and all of that awesome stuff. I was glad that Nick went to see his therapist. I really do understand what he's trying to tell Nick to. Emma is going to turn out to be a good thing. Hopefully, by the end of this story, Nick's actions with her will bring Alyssa and Nick closer together.
I was glad to see Nick helping Alyssa out and stuff. It was sweet that he got his mother to come, although, Alyssa is really so fond of her. The whole trusting issue is off to, but at least Nick wanted someone to help her. Jane is being a little bit to annoying though to Alyssa it seems. She's nagging about this and that, trying to get into Nick and Alyssa's business.
Awe, I could totally pick the two of them, Ali and Nick, going over to Kristin and Kevin's place. It was great to seem some bondage time with the bandmates and the wifes. Little Mason was there too. Wow, Alyssa is already six months pregnant.
Nick is getting excited, awe, it's just the cutest thing ever. He bought her a new car and it had a carseat in the back. How adorable is that? That's just so, so lovely. He also seems pumped about getting started on the nursery. I think it's really starting to mess with Alyssa emotions to because of how wanted this baby is too. Nick is so excited to be a father. It's insane, but wonderful.
Oh, yay, they discussed baby names. They're slowly starting to gain their relationship back and getting better with talking to each other. They had drifted apart, but they seem to be slowly coming back together. Something irks me that it isn't going to be like that for long. It seems as if something is going to come crashing down, but well, I guess I'll have to wait and see, hm?
You did a fantastic job on this chapter, Teri! I'm so escatic about reading Chapter 20 now. I'm wanting to know what's going to happen, haha. By the way, Nick seems a little frustrated about getting no sex. Let's just hope that he'll take his fiancee's feelings into consideration with that. Maybe he'll get some soon from Ali. I loved this chapter. Please write more as soon as possible. :]

I feel really bad for Nick, but at the same time, it's gotta be tough for Ali to be dealing with everything that she is.
The cutest part of the chapter (I think, at least...) was Nick trading in the cars for family-style cars for the baby. Hopefully Ali will begin to realize that he really cares about her and their son and hopefully that Emma will stay away. And Jane (who totally needs to die).

Okay, I just realized that I forgot to leave a real review! lol. So here we go!
First off, I loved the flashback Nick had to the past because it was a glimpse back at Nick and Ali and how they used to be, which I love.
Next, the whole thing with Jane drives me crazy. It's like I want to yell at him and say, "Nick, don't trust your mother! She's a liar and she's only hurting you and Alyssa!" But he never listens anyway... That boy is way too stubborn.
Alyssa... Urgh, I feel bad for her. Between Nick and Jane, her career, and the baby, I'd be going crazy and being stressed, too. So I don't know. I just wish she'd let Nick in, though. I'm glad they finally had a fight and got some stuff out, but not enough. They need to open up to each other!
And finally, Emma. I hate that there's nothing to hate about this girl. But that's actually why I kind of hate her. I hate girls that are way too perfect. And she is! Nick's just sex starved, so he's going after her. He loves Ali and deep down, he knows it and Emma knows it. She better keep up her defenses before the two of them end up in the sack. But the whole thing of Nick getting Emma and BJ that building is just like Nick buying a house and moving in with Ali way back when. Sure, not as extreme, but pretty close. TOO close, if you ask me. That boy better keep his hands to himself and his cock in his pants.

Ah, Teri, this chapter was a great addition to this story! It literally did bring tears to my eyes when I read it. Just knowing what Alyssa was going through with the spotting then knowing that their son has a heart defect can make me want to start sobbing. I really do feel for her. Not to mention that she’s put on bed rest and has been away from her fiancée for quite some time. I was disappointed to see that Nick didn’t really spend time with Alyssa when he came home, although, I guess I understand that she was trying to do paperwork…but he left because of that. Oh well, you can’t change what has already happened.
Oh my gosh, Jane is such a…bad, bad person. How can she act like this towards her own flesh and blood? It is her son for heavens sake. Nick just believes that one day - she’ll be good and trustworthy, but so far that day just hasn’t came. I can’t believe Jane is trying to cause all of this chaos between Alyssa and Nick. She’ll call one then call the other. She is just trying to ruin things and it really makes me mad.
Kellie hit it on the head. I think she’s looking at things like I am. She thinks that there is no good in Emma either due to the fact that Nick is hanging around her. I mean, sure, it’s fine to have friends and hang out with them, but he is attracted to her and physically. He has dang fantasies about her. Sex fantasies for heavens sake! That’s just…you wouldn’t think he would be acting that way or thinking that way because he loves Alyssa and is in a committed relationship. Maybe it’s just going to bring out the best in Nick and make him realize a lot of things, even if it’ll bring good or bad to his and Alyssa’s relationship. I’m crossing my fingers that it’ll be good though.
They’re too in love to not be together. They’re engaged and have a son on the way. They have grown apart lately, but I’m hoping to see them grow closer eventually. Alyssa is an emotional wreck with her hormones and everything that she is keeping inside. She’s not open with Nick like she used to be and that’s pretty bad to me. It’s putting major stress on her. Eek and she freaked when Nick referred to Emma as ‘Em’. And Nick freaking almost kissed her, at least Emma had the decency to pull away and say that it wasn’t right. Everything is just haywire right about now isn’t it.
I’m definitely crossing my fingers and toes that everything will gradually be okay between Alyssa and Nick. Gosh, I just want them to be happy. You did a fantastic job on this chapter, Teri. I’m glad that Nick was able to bring Layla home too. I can’t wait to read more of this. Please write more as soon as possible. Ah and thank you for the shout-out. It makes me feel special, hehe.
