Okay... So I'm finally getting around to my review. Sorry for the delay, but its been a REALLY busy week as you know. Wow... I can't believe you're up to posting this already! I feel like I just read it for you not that long ago. Well, there were a few things I picked up on the second time around. First off for some reason, this time around that part about Alyssa discussing what is and isn't taboo when it came to sex really stood out to me. I think that it was really important for her to realize okay maybe I'm not as much of a freak as I thought for being into this or this is more normal than I realized. Maybe it stands out to me more cuz on a basic level its what I'm trying to acheive with MY Alyssa, but I just thought it really was an important realization for her to reach before she could truly be as comfortable as she would like to be with Nick.
I think I may have mentioned this to you before, but I REALLY love the fact that in that sex scene Alyssa was just chilling there in a t-shirt and jeans, very low key, not trying to be sexy in an overt obvious way. It just showed how much more laidback she is and how she's realizing that she REALLY doesn't have to pull out all the stops to get Nick going like she usually does. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but there's a time and place and I'm glad she's now comfortable just being herself.
I won't comment too much on the sex scene because you already know I thought it was HOT. LOl I thought it was funny when Howie gave them that extra 20 minutes before breakfast. Definitely made me laugh.
The last thing I want to mention is that I really enjoyed the Alyssa/Kellie scene. It must be SOOO hard for Alyssa to sit there and watch her best friend progress through a pregnancy after what she's been through, but just the fact that she's offering to help in any way she can is a HUGE step for her. And it seems like Kellie REALLY appreciates it. Wonderful job!

So yeah, AMAZING chapter! I loved it! My favorite part is Nick kissing Alyssa's scar on her belly...how sweet/sad is that? haha.
