Okay... I'm FINALLY getting around to reviewing this chapter after SO long. lol. I feel like it's been forever... Seriously.
Anyway, I ADORED the chapter. Nick and Ali are back in full swing and even though not EVERY little thing is solved... A lot of them are. First off, I love the sexual tension. It's so reminiscent of the beginning of AIL, but this time, they're taking it slow for a good reason... Not just withholding their true feelings from each other. It's a pretty conscious decision on their part to not engage in sexual activities and ruin their emotional connection yet. Not to say that sex will whenever they do indeed do it, but you know what I'm saying.
I also LOVED that Alyssa doesn't need to tell Kellie and Lori everything. Personally, that pissed me off when she used to run to them with every little thing. Like when she went to them about Nick's struggling with his body image and his weight... That was totally wrong of her. Certain things (yes, even sex) should be kept sacred in certain times and situations. Ali's finally realizing it and it will help her relationship with Nick in the long-run. After all, she won't be running to another friend because she'll be sharing her feelings with Nick. They'll have the friendship and the romance they always should have had.
Oh... And the scene with Baylee breaking the picture frame. It shows how much Ali has changed. When she was pregnant with Noah, she let every little thing upset her. Now that she's lost her son, she realizes that there's more to life than material possessions and trivial incidents that won't matter in the end. She cares more about the people in her life than the situations and whatnot. I think that showed incredible growth for her as a character and also a lot of change. It was excellent and I'm really glad you put it in there! :)
This time around, Nick and Ali are going to have an amazing and indestructible relationship. I can feel it! And don't worry about being able to write "happy" things... I know you'll be able to pull it off! You're capable of more than you realize. I can't wait to read more. :D GREAT CHAPTER!

Hehe, I'm so bad about reviewing sometimes, but at least...I get it done, right? I read this last night, haha. It was amazing too. I was too tired to review though cause' I got off like right after I read it. I loved that this was the starting point of this chapter too.
It was just like continuing on with their lives from where the AS had ended. Eeh, they're so getting back to the Ali and Nick we all know and love to bits. Their friends can totally tell to. They're back to acting effectionate, caring, and flirty around each other.
Ah, just this whole chapter was that great to me. I love seeing the two of them together. And you can really see a change in Alyssa too, with not wanting to talk about what her and Nick do. She's opening up a lot about things too. Therapy has done both her and Nick really well.
It's as if the two of them are looking at things from another point of view and it's awesome. I can't wait to read more of this, so please write more as soon as you can. :D

Loved it!!! This gotta be one of my fave chappies! Great beginning to this story! I soo missed reading about Ali and Nick just being happy. The way they acted towards each other, just wow, even made me smile :D! I liked having the other guys there too. That girls talk is somewhat classic for this series but yet so different from the ones we know. Anyway, updates soon again please...
