I'm glad they did a memorial thing for those who died...can't wait for the next update!!
Author's Response: Glad you liked - thanks!!

Loving all these updates!
Even though they would be perfect together, it's still a bit soon and that memorial service proved it. But one day, when they are both ready, I think they'll be perfect together. Good to see Gabby joining in, I think AJ really helped her out of that dark place she was in.
Can't wait for more (even though I know we've been spoiled this week, lol)
Author's Response: Thanks, Steph! Yeah, it is still a bit soon, for Gretchen especially, but time will tell. I think this was a good healing chapter for her and Gabby and all of them. Glad you enjoyed all the updates! :)

Well, Brian, I'm a woman and I hate rain, so let's not go stereotyping. Speaking of rain, I think it's supposed to rain here tomorrow. UGHHHH.
Also, no, Brian, you're not lonely. You're just horny. It HAS been 6 months after all. BUT YAY! Wouldn't it be cute if they got together? Wouldn't it be awesome if Gretchen gave birth to the first post zombie apocalypse baby (because you know all the birth control pills would have expired and no longer work, okay? work with me here!) :D
Wow. I reached the end. I feel...sad. At least this chapter doesn't have a depressing ending, so yay! Thanks for all the hard work, just so I can sit here on a Friday night and play catch up:)
Author's Response: LOL yeah, he's totally horny. But he's a preacher; he's not supposed to admit that. ;) I'm glad you're all caught up; thanks for all the reviews, and we're glad you're still enjoying the story! :)

Kevin is so hot *fans self* No. Seriously. I'm glad he's back to his usual self, and lol at Oregon Trail.
Author's Response: We got several comments about his hotness lmao. Oregon Trail is love...as is the Organ Trail lmao.

That was sweet of AJ. I like that he and Gabby can relate to each other. Hopefully, it'll help her get through this.
YAY FOR MY GRETCHEN AND BRIAN SHIPPING HEART! Now, if only Brian would consciously realize how he feels about her and if Gretchen would just buy a clue (like vowels on Wheel of Fortune, maybe? Give her a goddamn O for oblivious!) and realize that they belong together, I would be happy. Even if all of them were to die in the next chapter lol
Author's Response: LOL! We shall see... Thanks, Sarah!

Why haven't the batteries started dying yet? What kind of batteries is this America using for its clocks because I need to get me some of those batteries. It's been months and months, and they're still working! Ok, back to reading...
Sorry, sorry. I'm laughing like an immature 10 year old, but this is the second time the word "cockeyed" has been used to describe Nick, and I'm just getting such hilariously WRONG mental images from it. Don't mind me and my dirty, 10 year old mind :P
I also enjoy all the pop culture (Glee, HP, etc) references as well as the ones to the two of you (People of Walmart and Code Red Mountain Dew). And yes, I'm typing this review as I read lol
Yep, Riley's right. I have no idea which one they just forgot, but I'm assuming it's one of the NKOTB? Nice work with the 'NSYNKOTB tour lol It figures that the Justin zombie would be the laziest :P
Holy, long review. I'm moving along!
Author's Response: Because they changed them LOL. There's an endless supply in the world now :P. And hey I've had batteries last up to a year depending what kind they are lol. LMAO at your view of cockeyed. PERV! And yeah you can't have a story by us without mentions of what we love lmao. Or mocking of what we don't :P. (If it was NSYNKOTB life would be better cause BSB would be touring alone LOL.)

Ok, I haven't gotten to the end of the chapter, but I'm DYING of laughter with the double rainbow bit LMFAO I love it!! You're making me laugh when Jo's dead. That's terrible lol
Aww, poor Gabby. I don't even know how she must feel, knowing that she killed her mom when she was really just trying to protect her. Sigh.
Hey! At least Kevin woke up! Bright side!
Author's Response: Hehe, we needed some comic relief to lighten things up. Double rainbow to the rescue! It was about time we got a reference in. LOL Poor Gabby indeed... Thanks, Sarah!

Oh, thank goodness. For a while in the middle of this chapter, I was sure that was it. But then I thought, "Wait. This is Julie and Rose. They'd never take Kevin and Nick out in the same chapter..." OR WOULD YOU?! WOULD YOU?!
This story...you two...you're killing me here...
Author's Response: LMAO...we wouldn't....YET. ;-). But we are mean enough to make you think we'd do it right now. Evil is fun. And hey, you love us for it lol. We're loving all the commentary :)

Oh and one more thing. HOLY SHIT I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU HAD A 13 YEAR OLD KILL HER MOTHER! That is ballsy. You two...I'm in awe. No, for serious, I'm in awe.
Author's Response: LOL when that idea came up, we were like, "Too much?" But then we kinda loved it LOL. Poor Gabby is going to be so traumatized.

..........................
OH MY GOD I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY. I'm so shocked that I can't use proper punctuation like commas. lol You KILLED JO! And Kevin's probably dead! So that leaves 7 people against a crapload of zombies. I have no idea where this story is going, but I'll just have to trust you :P
Author's Response: LOL I love this review! 7 (or 8?) people against a crapload of zombies, without their medical expert... mwahaha. Trust us... this was planned, and we have the rest of the story planned too, so it's all going somewhere. Thanks again for the great reaction, Sarah! LOL :)

GUYS! YOU DID NOT JUST DO THAT! I can't believe you turned AJ back into an alcoholic! As if the poor guy hadn't been through enough *grumble grumble* Man, now he's going to have to recover from the leg AND deal with his relapse. Sigh. I would say, "could things get any worse for our survivors?" but I already know the answer with the two of you: YES. lol
Author's Response: I would just like to point out AJ was always an alcoholic lmao. :P. Besides, he never really dealt with his issues. He just shoved them aside with the zombies as a distraction. Take away the distraction, and now he has to deal. And we're mean and like to torture lmao.
Date: 04/16/11 03:58 am Title: Chapter 76
Jeez! You two really like torturing these poor people, don't you? If AJ doesn't develop an infection before he heals, he'll end up with a crooked leg for the rest of his life. Way to go lol
Author's Response: True on all accounts LOL. You know us. =D Thanks for the review!

Guys...I don't understand! How can hurricanes not have killed the zombies?! Are these crazy mutant invincible zombies? Cray-cray. Anyway, this was the first of the chapters I haven't read, so expect a slew of review alerts from me tonight! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Author's Response: Well, zombies don't feel pain and don't need to breathe, so what would a hurricane do? They can't drown. They could be blown away, but then they'd just keep wandering around wherever they were dropped off, even in the sea. Some of them may have been crushed by debris, but even hurricanes probably wouldn't take out the majority. They aren't invincible, but the only things that will kill them are decomposition (eventually) or a blow to the brain. I'm glad you're getting caught up; thanks for the review(s)!

Nice chapter. I'm glad that Brian is deciding to wait for Gretchen and that altar and memorial garden is a great idea. Let's hope it lasts for awhile. Thanks for all of the updates. :)
Author's Response: Thanks, MA! Glad you enjoyed! :)
