Why is it you writers always make me end up wanting to strangle my favorite Backstreet Boy!?!?! He NEVER tells the fellas what's wrong with him!! lmao!!
Have to admit....my eyes were pooling and that irritating lump was in my throat when I got done with this chapter. I mean, I can see why he's not telling them. Who wants to be treated differently? I'm sure they will all be coddling him once they find out and that's probably one of the things he doesn't want right now...wants everything to remain normal as long as possible....even if the norm is everyone pissed off at him. I'm sure the chapters to come of him telling them are gonna be gut wrenching..and why I love this shit, WHY I put myself thru it, is beyond me. It's like watching the movie Beaches...you KNOW you're gonna bawl your eyes out, but you watch it anyways!!!

Even though they're mad at him, he'd prefer that over the coddling and overcompensating that'll happen when they know. At least with the anger, it's still normal. Wow poor Nick, I thought he was going to lose it in front of the fans. Howie cursing in Spanish was funny. But he really needs to tell somebody, its gonna come to a head soon. Brian should know at least, I think he feels bad that he accused Nick of drugs again. Who could blame him though.....I just hope it doesn't lead to a huge blowup or anything. Good chapter!
Author's Response: He came pretty close :(. Nick will tell someone when he's ready, but knowing him, who knows when that'll be? LOL. Brian definitely should know, but ya can't blame him for suspecting drugs. The signs are wrong, but he doesn't know that. Thanks!

Wow, that was a really good and heart-wrenching question; who thought of that one? It's perfect! ;) LOL I love this chapter; I love the angry words between Nick and Howie, Jen, Brian... everyone he's been pissing off LOL. Can't blame any of them for being annoyed at his flakiness, but I also can't wait to get their reactions when they finally found out what's been causing him to act this way. I love these Kevin and Nick moments! I'm not much of a Kevin girl, but I do love the relationship he has with the other guys, especially Nick and AJ. I'm glad Nick told him first, and I love these emails between the two of them. :)

Seriously, he's starting to piss me off now. He has this big idea to keep quiet so the guys will remember him in a good way, but he's just making everyone around him pissed off and misinterpreting his behavior. I just want him to explode with it at this point, break down and just tell them all already, screw your agenda Nick! lol

Very intense chapter. I loved the cab ride over and could picture the scene when he walked in and had them all staring at him. Great scene at the end. I hope he tells them soon. Looking forward to reading more! :O)

Yay! So excited to see a new chap. Love how you incorporated "Story of my Life." It seemed to fit perfectly :). Interesting to see how Nick's diagnosis (and him hiding it) is affecting his relationship with Brian. And by the conversation he had with AJ, I wouldn't doubt that there's will be a little strained as well. Love the emails between Nick and Kevin. I really hope that he can open up to the guys. LOL but besides that, loved the email from Kevin and Nick's inner thoughts about what's going on. Also loved your line about him not lying in hs music.
