Wow, you're the master of cliffhangers! I mean, you even left the whole story a cliffhanger. Perfect ending though. You did a whole 360 on us! I'm glad that Nickolas survived! Although it would be horrible for him to be so close to Nick without Nick knowing they're brothers. 

You left so many things unresolved as you said, so I have come up with my own theories. First, the question I asked myself was why did Max pretend to be a bad guy when he really is a good guy? The answer to that question is maybe he had to infiltrate Nicole's gang and had to play the part? Arrgh seriously? No sequel? Reconsider?

I enjoy writing the open ending every once in awhile. I like leaving things up to the reader's interpretation. Of course I hate it when OTHER people do it, but as long as it's me it's all good! With that being said i'm fairly sure there will not be a sequel to this one but I guess never say never, crazier things have happened. Thanks for reading! I honestly registered just to be able to post a review on this story. It's made of so much awesome and eeeeeeep that its hard to describe how utterly fascinated I was by it. I couldn't wait to come back from work to continue reading the next chapters! I'm so glad I caught it when it was already finished otherwise you would've driven me mad with "WHAT IS HAPPENING NEXT?" there were so many WHAAAAAAT? moments that even had to be said outloud heh.

 

Its full of such nice touches and little details that truly boggle the mind :) The way you made things add up was fantastic! And such a great ending! I've truly enjoyed the way you portrayed the boys, its so easy to believe and follow and love them, specially the little comments about what they were talking about. Simply fantastic!

LOVED the ending. LOVE! I thought it was perfect. It really tied everything together - how in the beginning Nick knew nothing and only had small snippets of memory, same as sort of at the end. The last line I thought fit perfectly. It was very Nickish lol and summed up the entire story very well. Random memory said through a random-ass comment. Fantastic. Great job on this story, Mare! I really enjoyed reading it :)

Wow, this ending was genius Mare! I agree with Julie (I think it was her) who said it came full circle. I love that Max is still there with pointy shoes and that Nicholas is a "bodyguard". Even better is that Nick, once again, doesn't remember anything. I loved this story. Loved the suspense and of course, you ending by leaving it open. Haha

Aw, poor little memory-loss Nick. lol I liked the ending, especially with all of them still hanging around in some form or another, but Nick not aware of any of it. I liked the little run-in with who I'm guessing is Max, he's still being watched, it makes me like Max again. lol Thanks Mare, glad you're back in full force!

What a nice ending! So he lost his memory, I thing that's a good thing for him. Good because he can't remember all the bad things that happened. I just LOVED this story. You amazed me! When I was reading your chapters I was baiting my nails all the time, lol. And you just know how to end chapters in suspense, lol. I'm so hoping read another story of yours! LOVED THIS!

WOW!! I LOVED the way you ended the story!! So clever! You really brought it full circle. We're back to Nick not remembering what he's blocked out, thinking his mom and now his dad are dead even though they're just in hiding, not knowing Nickolas or Max. I loved that Nickolas is alive and calling himself Andrew and posing as their bodyguard. I love that Max is still following Nick around to make sure he's safe. The scene in the bathroom that was so like the one in the airport made me smile (and then search back through the story to find the original scene LOL). And the blueberry pig! Love!! This is the kind of story I feel like I need to reread at some point to get it all straight again; I think it will be even better on the reread, that I'll pick up things I missed the first time around. I love complex plots like that. This one was an amazing ride, with all its twists and turns. You did an awesome job of keeping me guessing! I'm so glad you're back writing fanfic; I bet it feels great to finish this one so quickly! Can't wait to see what your next one will be like! :)

I knew I wanted to recreate that bathroom scene and had to go back and reread it myself a few times before writing it out. lol I really enjoyed writing this one but sometimes the complex plot. The new one is pretty complex too lol I'm glad you liked the full circle and the ending as well. I liked the idea of ending with Nick feeling as insecure as he did when it first started.
