OMG!! Most of this chapter had me going, "Okay, so life for Nick is gonna turn out more like how real life has been for BSB, instead of the future he started off the story with," and then I got interested to see what would happen when he recognized Mandy outside Starbucks, and then BAM!!! I soooo was not expecting the ending! Much like the car, that cliffy came out of nowhere... LOL... and I LOVED it! OMG, you definitely have to post more before Christmas!!! Don't leave me hanging! Great job, Steph!!

aww, just reading this chapter made me feel like I was back in that moment when I heard Kevin was leaving. I was so upset about it! I often wonder what that conversation was really like between the guys. I think you did a great job of shoing what could have potentially happened. Great job Steph. Glad that things are going well for Nick, but it's kind of sad to think that if his life goes down a different path, he might not have his children. Lots to think about! I just got caught up on this; I fell behind a few chapters. I'm glad Nick made the decision to go to rehab and glad it's working out for him. I hope this will be the turning point he needed to change the direction his life's heading, but I wonder if it will be that easy... somehow I doubt it. Curious to see where this will head next!

Great job showing how hard things could really be. And nice touch adding Robbie in there. Was he really into drugs and all that stuff? I love him solo but I don't really know him much from his Take That days.
Author's Response: Thanks for reading Mare. Yeah, Robbie was pretty messed up for a while and went to rehab for drugs and alcohol problems. He also became a bit of a recluse for a while, but then released a new solo CD earlier this year and has just got back together with Take That. They've got a new CD coming out in November which should be interesting to hear!
