OMG at the end of this chapter... I had a feeling it would come to this when Kevin kept going on about how relieved he was that Don was going to kill Nick. I knew it would end up being Kevin and Howie's job to do. And how are they supposed to do it when Nick came bounding up to them just like their Nick?! That's awful, but I love it, hehe. Backtracking a bit, I also liked how Kevin was thinking back to that time when he threw a hissy fit about getting in first class and realizing what an ass he was. I can definitely see how that works as the theme of the story, about taking life for granted. You're doing a great job weaving that thread into the fabric of the whole story. I also like that they pointed out the similarities between this prison camp and the concentration camps, because that's what I've been reminded of this whole story, every time they talk about the Canadians rounding up celebrities and children and making people prisoners. Leave it to the Canadians to not learn from the Germans LOL.

I hope I didn't anger too many Canadians with this story. If I did, we can blame my sister's douchey husband! lol and yes, poor Kevin & Howie! You didn't think I'd make it that easy for them though, did you? lol and yay! Thanks again for the compliment about taking life for granted. I'm glad it seems to be weaving through the story well. :-)

Ahh fuck dude!! So, the "other" Nick comes out, which definitely makes things that much more harder! >__< I love how you sucked us readers right into Kevin's complex situation and thoughts because here I was, hoping I'd just read about the "other" Nick being killed and the actual Nick being saved. Now, here we are, reading about the "other" Nick, which definitely helps us tap even further into the thoughts and feelings of Kevin and Howie, with staring at their youngest brother and knowing they have to supposedly kill this Nick to save their REAL Nick. WTF Mare... WTF?!? Lol.
Can't wait for the next update! :)

Oh no!!! You are the queen of evil cliffhangers Mare. I don't know if Kevin will be able to kill him. It's still Nick, even though it's the alternate Nick. But someone will have to do it won't they?

Wow, moment of truth, what the hell is Kevin going to do. Now granted that was the shortest meeting ever and we didn't get to spend a lot of time with this Nick, but I have a theory. It doesn't seem from this moment, that's he's as sick as their Nick is, and Charile said that he should be...so does that change things for what Kev needs to do?
Eh, just a theory, but I'm excited to read more to see what's going on in both groups! Hate it has to be so long in between though. lol Thanks for the new Chap. Mare!

That's an interesting theory. We'll have to see if you are correct or not. Like you said, it was a short meeting so we really don't know how sick this Nick is or in which way he is sick. Poor Kevin! If he didn't leave the group I wouldn't be this mean to him! Thanks, Sam!! :O) LOL!

This kind of reminded me of the holocaust....just like Howie was saying with concentration camps and everything. I was hoping they would see the other Nick....and this is gonna be awkward as he doesn't know they are there to kill him. Great so far, can't wait for the next chapter because it is getting good!
