Dang it, Kevin! Forget about the threats! You should have pulled the frickin' trigger MUCH sooner than that. Somehow, I doubt it's Kevin dragging Nick out of the room with one arm, though I hope I'm wrong about that one. This was a really big chapter. My first thought was, "Well, of course Howie ran out of gas!" That's just how things are going for him in this story. :( I really loved the Kevin scene, and all of his thoughts. Did he kiss the baby on the forehead the last time he saw him, etc. Really moving.

Yay, Howie! Finally, you did something right! I just hope that you'd be able to come out of that place and get to the town to get the help needed, and if you ever get to town you can tell the police how to get back to the cabin before it's too late.
I hope there'll be 3 chapters again next weekend, or am I asking for too much? Anyway, since the next interlude is chapter 35, it is sure that it'll be posted next weekend so I'm good. lol
I have accepted the fact that Nick will die in this story, if he will not then good. I just hope not Howie! He'd be through a lot in this story and he needs to be alive. lol.

Just caught up with the last few chapters, so good!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great now Nick is unconscious which can't be good and Kevin might have to use a rifle on Tim bc he has no other way to defend himself and Nick. Glad Howie got out to go for help.
Can't wait for the update on Friday, I want to read more!

He'd better hurry, but on the other hand, if he'll find help, how will help find Kevin and Nick? Can Howie tell them where they need to go or won't he remember because it's in the middle of nowhere?

Yay! I'm so glad Howie hit him with the poker and then Kevin knocked him out with it. Let's just hope he stays unconscious for a while to give Howie a chance to get help to them.
But poor Nick, he's in such a bad way! If he does get out of this alive, then he's going to take a while to recover from all those injuries :(
Part of me wants Kevin to have to use the rifle on Tim, the other part of me wants to see Tim locked away in an institution where he can rock and talk to his dead parents all he wants, without hurting anyone else lol. Or maybe he could just get better himself?

Author's Response: LMAO I love your reviews! Yes, if Nick survives his recovery will not be easy is my guess. Howie is the one that actually knocked Tim out. He grabbed the poker away from Kevin. :O) He had to do something heroic! I like the idea of Tim sitting in a mental institution talking to his dead parents all day.
