Nick waking up being all scared and confused made me so sad :( this crazy woman acting like she's adopting him. I also think Kevin Sr. needs to stop reading so much into his kids actions....I think he is having a hard time adjusting to being back just like they are.

I like that you're at least making Ariana semi-human. She does feel emotions, particularly sadness, when she thinks of what might have been. She's crazy, but still, there's that little bit of a heart there. lol. I'm really intrigued to hear the rest of Kevin Sr's story.

Yes, I wanted her to show some remorse for her actions. You are coming up to a part where I took a very, very long break! So long I did a catch up chapter just in case everyone had forgotten what happened. This is the story I was writing when I started to run out of fanfic mojo.

This was the one I hadn't read and...it has another mean cliffhanger!!! But since I'm reading this one really late...does that mean you are about to post another chapter? pretty please lol
I loved the beginning with AJ in this one, with him remembering the day after their mother died, but I especially LOVED the first description at the very beginning with 'the most fearless' part.
My favorite part in this whole chapter (and you aren't going to believe it) is probably Ariana's part though. It was awesome, really. Why? Well I really don't know why, I mean, I still hate her but I love when books or movies give us villains that are not a cartoon character and make us go beyond just hating them. I don't know if it's pity but the part about her thinking 'how dare they to call her evil' had me going 'wow she doesn't see it' because well she IS evil but it's kind of sad that she doesn't realize it.
Amazing job again mare, hopefully you update this one soon and I don't miss it :)
Oh and Kevin Sr. still not my favorite person lol

you seriously rock my world! i read this last night before going to bed and was reminded why it is not a good idea to read anything suspenseful by you before sleeping, i mean come on, the cliffy is practically waving a neon flash sign from far away but did i listen? No. *facepalm*
I love that little flashback from AJ, that was so sad, and to tie it nicely to the present, when nicky was still out cold and AJ was there wishing he has the right thing to tell Nick. And then the conflict you gave Ariana...she's 3 dimensional, she's broken and she's a family member they never knew. But my hatred towards her is too deeply rooted to feel sorry for her anymore, because you know, you're not the only abandoned kid growing up, it doesnt have to be this way
I have a feeling daddy is going down in this own, which is making me depressed. and im still worried over Patty adn Charlie. *is sighing*
