I know I'm supposed to be all "OMG! Did Kevin get shot?!", but really I'm still focused on how hard I laughed when Howie was all stark-raving mad at AJ for having an affair with his wife. I can see him doing that ( in a much sillier situation, of course). For the record, I've yet to see much of a shift in your writing. Hiatus or not, it's still pretty awesome.

LMAO yes, Howie was pretty mad and jumped to a ton of conclusions. Poor Howie though, too bad that's not actually what was happening. It's kind of sad for him that after the fact, he would probably have preferred that first scenerio.

Uh no, thank you Mare...for FINALLY updating this! Yay!!! I can not even begin to say what I was thinking when I opened the e-mail you sent out. I was like, "Wait it's too early for another update of 'what Lurks' ...wait OMG SCARS???!!!" lmao

One of my biggest pet-peeves is starting a really amazing story and then finding that it's not finished. I know things had changed for you after Kevin left, so I was bummed but totally understood. So again thank you for taking a look at this one again, I know I appreciate. About the chapter, hopefully Howie can finally see what is actually going on, hopefully AJ won't go up in flames, and Kevin gets away to help Patty. But that leaves one thing, Where oh where is Nicky? hmmm.

Thanks Sam. :O) I really did want to finish this up because i'm like you! I hate when people leave things unfinished. I have another chapter ready to go for tomorrow and then I think there will only be one more final one after that. Again, thanks for not quitting on this story like so many people have!
