This was another really good chapter. Finally, I feel like things are all out in the open about what happened between Alyssa and Brandon. I think it's really hot to see Nick so territorial over his girl.

I liked how Nick was talking to Aaron at the end. At first glance, it seemed like a simple conversation, but then I realized that Nick REALLY does know the girls. He's been around them for so long and he's gotten to know them. It's not just that he knows and loves Ali, but he knows her friends. I think that's really important - the fact that Nick is a part of so many facets of her life.

Great job! :D I'm really starting to wonder if Nick's going to propose earlier than expected... Hrm...

I liked this chapter. These last couple chapters have been definitely a lot lighter emotionally, even though they've been important.

In this one, I liked how Nick and Alyssa ran into Amanda. It really showed how different Nick and Ali's relationship is compared to any relationship Nick had had in the past because, as it was said, he would cheat on a girl if he found out she was cheating on him. It just reinforces what I was thinking all along.

Aaron should tell Kellie how he feels. lol. I feel like I'm saying the same thing I was saying about his brother and Ali back in AIL, but yeah... Communication is so the key to a good relationship.

I'm looking forward to reading more! I'll be done with this story in no time since it's insanely addicting. lol. It's great to see how the characters continue to develop. I love that I can never predict just what a chapter is going to be about. Just when I think it's headed in one direction, it goes off into another. You're a great writer, if I haven't said that enough! :D

This chapter was really adorable. I loved the interaction between Nick and Jamie and Alyssa and Jamie. I think that they'll be awesome parents when the timing's right.

Great job as usual! :D

Okay, I love the fact that Nick was traditional and went to Ali's family to ask permission. That's so sweet of him. And it's great to know that her family adores him so much. They really are the family he never had... Until Ali, of course. And hopefully soon, they'll be his officially. :D

The last line was beautifully written. Simple, yet perfect to sum it all up. "He had risked the friendship and if all goes to plan he’d get the rest of his life in return."

Great job, hun! :D I didn't think anything could top the amazing chemistry that Nick and Ali shared in AIL, but I was definitely wrong. It just keeps getting better and better.

WOW! That's all I gotta say.

Okay, so I lied. I can never just say one thing. lol. I LOVED how Alyssa was teasing him via text and picture messages... It was really hot and I thought it was funny how she KNEW exactly what to do to get to him.

I'm also happy that the Boys are understanding and supportive of Nick's relationship with Alyssa. She's really become such a big part of the Backstreet family by that time and it's just so great that her and Nick are back.

I'm glad that they're moving in together again. I think that Alyssa's realizing that she needs and wants him in her life again full-time and that she can still be Alyssa, not half of Alyssa & Nick: The Couple.

It was really great, as always!!

Haha, I love that Nick's always going commando. ;-)

It's so exciting that they both want to get married, but they both want to wait until the other is ready. There's no pressure there, so it's great. I do hope he does it soon, though, but he has a carefully constructed plan, so maybe it'll be a while more... I'm excited to find out.

I loved the idea of the naked weekend. Not only was is a lot of hot sex, but it let them expose themselves. I mean, in the past, they were self-conscious, it seemed, but being able to put themselves out there on display like they hadn't done with anyone else (or at least Nick hasn't MENTIONED it, lol) was really great. They're going back to the old Nick and Ali from AIL. :D

I loved it! Great job, Yoda! lol. Do you hate that that nickname is going to stick?

Okay, so you KNOW I love the hot sex... :D lol. Nick being in control is like heaven...

On a serious note, though, I thought this chapter was good. I liked reading what Alyssa thought of the reality show so far and Nick's family. And I liked that Nick had so carefully planned the night for Alyssa, really wanting to make an effort to do something she wanted in an attempt to make things a little better. I can tell Nick's still hurt about Brandon and he might not ever get over the whole thing completely, but the fact that he's trying is really positive. It shows that he's mature enough to realize she's human and yet he's not willing to give up on her.

As far as Alyssa being afraid of Nick... Hrm... I'm wondering what she's afraid of and why exactly. I'm going to predict it's that she's afraid of settling down with him and counting on him. Because he could always turn around and let her down completely. I guess I don't blame her. That's scary to totally give into and count on one person. But we'll see if that's what she's even afraid of. lol.

Great chapter. :D I just HAD to read a chapter before I went down for my nap. Hehe.

I loved that Nick asked her how it was with Brandon and made her explain it and then had her show how much she loved him. It was really good.

I think it's going to be hard for Nick to totally get over the fact that Alyssa's been with another man, but he'll force himself to do it just so he can be with his girl. In a way, I think the thing with Brandon had to happen so Alyssa could realize just how intimate her connection with Nick was. Emotionally, physically, spiritually... They're just close in every way they could be. And even though the incident undoubtedly drove a wedge between them and will affect them for a while, it had to happen if Alyssa really would be able to take a step toward forever with Nick.

Which brings me to my next outburst... Alyssa wants to MARRY him!!! Wow. That's a HUGE thing, especially that she's saying it out loud to Kellie. I wonder if Nick's going to find out and when and from whom. I'm excited to read all about it.

Great chapter, Teri. :D

I think this shows that Nick has changed after other relationships or at least that he's hopelessly in love with Alyssa:
"It’s going to hurt to find out if she actually did what I think she did. But I will not let her take the easy way out. She’s going to want me to hate her and break up with her so she can punish herself over and over. I’m not going to let her do that, she’s going to deal with it, we’re going to deal with it. I love her with all my heart and I’m not giving up on her. Alyssa may want me to, however she can’t get what she wants right now."

With Paris or Amanda or any other girl, he would've just jumped her and moved on to the next girl. With Alyssa, he's taking a more mature approach, realizing that people make mistakes, but he can't throw away the best relationship he's ever had because of one big bump in the road. Hmm, maybe mature is the wrong word there. Because even then, with Nick how he is there, if he was dating Paris and she cheated, I don't think he's react the same way at all. It's Ali. It's always been Ali and it always will be Ali for him.

At least that's how I see it.

Great chapter, hun! :D

AWW MAN... Aliiiiiii!

Urgh, Bean is bad. He and Jane are the best built-in villains in the Nick Carter fan fiction world, aren't they? Both of them always manage to screw things up. A lot.

I'm sitting here, all nervous about how Nick is going to react to Alyssa when he finds out that his suspicions are true. I hope Alyssa believes Nick when he says he didn't cheat on her...

I guess I'll see, huh? Onward!

A break? I wasn't expecting that. I'm hoping that Alyssa's not screwing around with Brandon on Nick, just to "make sure Nick's the one." I know a guy that actually does that and his girlfriend is fine with it. Drives me nuts. lol.

But I do understand where Alyssa's coming from. She doesn't want to get too close to Nick because she's afraid of losing him. And since she's afraid of losing him, she's afraid to depend on him because if he leaves, where will she be left? So I guess by exploring her relationship with Brandon, she's finding out if there are other guys she has the connection she has with Nick. Because if she does, maybe she's NOT in love with Nick. Maybe it's just that he's always been there, he's comfortable, and she's only been truly intimate with him.

I hope they figure things out. It's gotta be really insane to find your soul mate at such a young age when everything seems so confusing.

Great chapter, Teri! (or should I say Yoda?) :D

Awesome chapter! lol, I totally have a teaching-type fantasy, so yeah... That was really hot. I also enjoyed all the literary analysis in this chapter! It makes me really miss being an English major.

I loved that Nick obviously paid attention to Alyssa's work - during her time in school and now in her job. It shows that he DOESN'T just want her physically or as a trophy girlfriend. He wants her completely because he loves every part of her. I hope Alyssa realizes that.

YES! THEY FINALLY DID IT. With Nick in charge and handcuffs, no less. Very well done!

Nick and Brandon have finally met... Hmm, I'm wondering how they're going to get along. I mean, he's not an obvious threat, but I feel like Nick would think any new man in Ali's life would be a threat.

Alyssa's gotta be scared, too, because of the way Brandon can understand her in conversation. It's like she's realizing that there can be other men that aren't Nick that can understand her. It scares me, so it must scare her, too... I know that personally, that's a reason I break up with guys. I'm always like "If I can THAT easily find another guy I get along with, they're not the one." And hopefully Alyssa will figure it all out in the process of getting independent.

Overall, another stunning chapter. I keep learning more and more about what these characters are capable of. :D Love it!

Okay... Damn that almost sex scene was hot! Those two NEED to get together soon. lol.

Jameson Nickolas... That's too cute! I love how they used Jamie's name and Nick's. It really shows that they all count Nick has a part of the family. lol.

Great chapter again! I'm glad they're back "together" at least in the same area. :D Hopefully they'll get to the main event soon. Hehe...

I really liked this: "That was going to suck, going home and not seeing her there, the house was going to be so empty without her. Nick had gotten used to seeing her stuff lying everywhere, bras, thigh highs, shoes, girlie magazines, soccer cleats and now he wasn’t going to see that anymore." As sad as it is, it was just interesting to read how Nick's going to miss stuff like that. Simple reminders of Alyssa in his house. He didn't say he's going to miss the best sex of his life, but things that truly represented her. It's too cute, but bittersweet at the same time.

Ali's narration at the end was the type of rationalization I'm used to doing on myself when I want something, but I want to prove something else. lol. I can relate to that girl so much!

Great chapter once again, Teri! :D
