Had to respond to your response, lol. I've never really read anything by Jackie Collins (tsk tsk!), but I really do love how you're writing this. (Yes, I came back to read it again :P) It's just so superbly awesome, a new favorite of mine. Or perhaps it's just the writer.
Author's Response: Jackie Collins writes a lot of "Hollywood thrillers" and supposedly she bases her characters off of real celebrities and just changes their names. They're pretty good lol Sex, lies, and celebrities. What can be better? Thank you for all the feedback! Wow, wow, wow! I am really loving this. In my opinion, it reads almost like a true-crime book, in the style of Ann Rule or Joe McGinnis, giving background information on all the characters as they enter the story. It's so very intriguing, and I totally snotted my pepsi when Heather said "Please tell me it's Paris?" Awesome job! :)
Author's Response: Wow! Thanks a lot of the compliment! I've never read anything from those authors, but I was kinda going for a Jackie Collins kind of approach here. Either way I'm doing my job which is the important part.
And I completely could NOT resist that Paris line LOl. I just had to do it!

I absolutely loved it when Heather was talking about how magazines are becoming same old same old, it's bloody true!!
I don't even buy magazines anymore because they all have the same thing it them like you wrote here ~
"Paris getting out of jail? Blech, I think we’re all just sick of the whole spectacle. Update on Lindsay in rehab? Who cares? More rumors that Brad and Angelina are on the rocks?"
Especially seeing Paris's ugly mug on more than one cover while I'm waiting at the check out at the supermarket!
So now I'm very interested on who has it in for Colleen!!!
Great chapter, doing very well in the suspense dept, my brain's ticking over time trying to work it out but it's still early days and I need more updates to get more clues!!

Author's Response: LOL Don't worry about dribbling on! I LOVE the in depth feedback. Yea... its another story, but the idea was gnawing at me too much not to go ahead and start writing. And don't try TOO hard just yet to try and figure out the mystery because the story has just started and if you figured it all out by Chapter 1 then I'd have a problem on my hands LOL
