aw good song use. i dont like him too much but it worked well. shannon is definitely pig headed. Im glad howie talked some sense into nick. i would love for them to be together but he needs to fight for matilda a lil too. baaaaaah.
Author's Response: Thanks. Shannon is sooooooooooooooo pigheaded its almost unbeliveable. She really needs to get a grip on that because it is just going to come back an bite her in the ass. Nick just wants his duaghter to be happy and he knows that an ugly court battle isn't going to achieve that, he has learnt from his parents mistakes, even if he's unhappy about it.

Go Rachel she was right on in what she said I really like Rachel but Shannon can not see it x it was really funny that she was wondering that Rachel outfit suited her I think it will suit her more x what she said about AJ was out of order she was so lucky that it was a children party now I really dislike her more she should just leave on her own
Author's Response: Rachel was totally right, she called her friend on it and due to it being the truth Shannon didn't like it much, she didn't have any reliable point of retaliation and I think she knew that. Bringing A.J into it was an extremely low blow, it was said to take the heat off herself for the moment, to try and focus on someone else's past mistakes instead of the massive present one she was making. She's playing a dangerous game though, because she is isolating the people that she may shortly need to rely on!

Well, that was a very emotional chapter, it had me crying like a little girl, I just can't believe she's doing that to Nick, and most importantly to Matilda, and I absolutly loved how Rachel stood up for Nick, I love her,lol. Well I can't wait to read another chapter, please update soon, Take Care!
Author's Response: Rachel and Shannon used to be close, but I don't think that Rachel has quite forgiven her for how she decieved Nick and in a way everyone around her. I think it hurt that she couldn't confide in Rachel, overall Rachel just wants to see them both happy, she knows that Shannon is running and called her on it. Trouble is Rachel has a nasty temper, it didn't go according to plan but luckily it was with witnesses because I have a feeling it could have turned violent quite quickly. Thanks for the review!

Author's Response: She knows what she's doing but she's been hurt so badly in the past that she's built up some pretty heavy duty walls to protect herself, in the same way Nick had. Difference is he has realsied what he was doing, has managed to adm it that he loves her and wants to give them a chance, he's ready to be vunerable. SHE'S NOT!!
