I gotta say, Brian scares me a little. The transition from loving father and devoted reverend to a coldblooded zombie killer is quite unsettling. I noticed he lied about his profession as well. May have to do with the bible he threw out his car window

aww Brian :) I wonder if she'll open up to him about leighanne and his twins :( so sad...and i'm sure her hubby is dead...poor girl. I hope her rip is fine...scary stuff out there in the world of zombies

WOW! That was pretty damn scary..it had me clutching my seat! but, I'm glad to see they are safe, for now at least! And it's pretty awesome to see a budding friendship! But of course, as things get worse, or move on, all they have is each other. I just can't wait to see where this story goes, cause even if they make it to the base, it's not the safest place! ECK! I can't wait for more girls!

Awesome chapter again! I almost yet out a frustrated yell at Gretchen for forgetting to load the gun!! Good thing Brian was with her otherwise she would have been toast! Can't believe they killed another one of my zombie clan though! (Since being written as a member of the undead I have a strange afflication towards them! Not their fault they came down with a deadly disease that made them want to eat flesh!) LOL!
I am no sure about them staying in the house though. That just seemed slightly too easy! So now I cannot wait until the next instalment from Gretchen and Brian because I think it will be another hide behind m hands job as I read it!
Great job as always!
Author's Response: Thanks Amy! LOL I know... stupid woman! Brian definitely saved her butt, but like it said in the chapter, I guess she did save his butt first, so they're even. I have a certain fondness for the zombies too, I have to say... bless their unbeating hearts. :)

I must say that after reading the zombie survival guide today, this story sucks me in even more. Great update, and can't wait for more! I think I am one of this story's biggest fans! So awesome. Can't wait for more and hopefully everyone meets up soon
Author's Response: Isn't it awesome? I love it. Now you get how it's become our zombie bible when it comes to this story lol. There's a "sequel" called World War Z, that you might like. Same author obviously, and it's basically a series of stories told about the great zombie war lol. Thanks though! We always love hearing your thoughts on this! :)
