“What’s going on with Nick?” Kevin asked as Brian returned and settled back into his seat.

“I’m not sure, he said he feels achey and it hurts to talk or swallow, I guess it’s the flu,” Brian surmised as he picked up a magazine.

“Oh that’s just great, wait until Bruce gets wind of this, he’ll skin Nick alive,” Kevin sighed.

“Well Bruce is going to have to realize that Nick is human and he can get sick, he’s not a robot like Bruce would like to believe. Good lord, we’ve been running since the first of the year, someone’s bound to get sick occasionally,” Brian defended.

“Yeah but it seems to me that little Nicky gets sick more often then the rest of us,” Kevin spat.

“So the kid’s prone to things,” Brian sighed as he tossed the magazine onto the coffee table. “Just stop worrying about it, we’ll have a few days before the show, I think you’re getting worked up over nothing.”

Kevin was about to keep going on about Nick and illnesses, but he could tell that he would be getting no where with Brian as he tilted his chair back and folded his arms across his chest. “Wake me when we land.”

Kevin shook his head as he grabbed a blanket off the couch and tossed it towards Brian. “Sure thing cuz.”
