Teen Beaten to Death

TYLER, ME. - Zachary Michel Henders, 16, of Tyler, was brutally beaten to death late Sunday night, Aug. 6. Police are still investigating though his father, Edward Lucas Henders refuses to answer any questions. Teachers at the local high school say Zachary had a bright future. “He was one of those kids that made you want to get up at five o’clock in the morning to go teach. It’s so sad that he had to go so early. He had this glow to him,” says Zachary’s English teacher, 38- year-old Jennifer Collin. It seems Zachary was loved by many and will be deeply missed to all.

That was it. One little paragraph. How can you possibly summarize the life and death of someone such as him in one little paragraph? I don’t believe you can. So I’m going to record the side of Zachary Michel Henders that only I knew. I’ll start two months during this past summer.
