Keria all of a sudden felt very hot, and very cold at the same time, her heart was pounding. As she watched nick ponder the thoughts in his head. She could see a smile and a frown on his face at the same time. She saw the I love you in his his smile, but in his eyes she saw fear, and rejection. Keria has never been so scared to hear someones reply.
Keira half contemplated jumping out the nearest window, leaving nick towel there. Keria contemplated pinching herself so she knew this was a dream. She contemplated laughing it off as a joke. Although Keria did nothing but stare at her toes, anything so she wouldn't have to look at Nicks Face. So she didn't have to see rejection, she had ears she could definately hear it. What was worst was She heard nothing, nothing came out of Nicks pouty lips. Not even his world trade smile. notta, nothing, Zip.
Keria was brought out of her thoughts when she felt Nick caress her cheek, he got down on his knees so he was facing her and he tilted her head up so she would look him in the eyes and he said something so simple Keria wanted to freaking hit him. All this time and silence and he comes up with Why...
"Why, what Nick?" Keria was no starring directly into nicks eyes, that were now full of emotion, Emotion Keria couldn't decipher.
Nick took a deep sigh "Why are you afraid of falling for me, Why are you afraid to love me?" Nick lightly carassed her cheek.
Keria took a deep breath here it comes she thought to herself " Nick, how many ways do you want me to answer this question. Im not just afraid of falling in love with you, I am afraid to fall in love with anyobdy. Love is a tricky thing and somebody always get hurts."
Keria took a minute to look into Nicks eyes and she saw something she was sure mirrored her own. Fear a simple for letter word which she feared more than the other 4 letter word that everyone says is so wonderful and great.
Nick nodded his head in acknowledgement that he was listening...
"Nick, not only does someone always get hurt, worse that someone is me. I have very strong feelings for you Nick. Since I met you on the beach each day I spend with you the feelings i feel for you they escalate. That scares me because I have only known you for a short period of time. Im afraid that If i keep on spending time with you. My feelings are only going to get stronger. Then if things dont work out with us im going to be left broken hearted again I honestly dont think I can take another broken heart. Especially since I haven't healed from my last HeartBreak."
Nick noticed Kerias Knee bouncing and her biting her lip, nick took that as signs of nervousness. Nick smiled inwardly she does that a lot. The first time they kisses she bit her lip. He bounced her knee when they get on a topic shes not 100 % comfortable on, and tries to change the subject.
Nick smiled " Keria, Im afraid too and I feel everything your feeling if not more. Trust me every little thing you do I compare you to my Exe's and you are absolutely nothing like them. I love that about you, I love how you express your feelings. I love how you try to keep things bottled up but you dont quite exceed. I love how cute you are when you sleep, I love they way your lips feel on mine. Most of all I love how you fit in my arms just right." Nick let out the breath he was holding.
He whiped away one of Kerias lone tears "I have only known you for a short time, But I want to get to know more about you. If I fall in love along the way while trying to get to know. So be it Keria, I want to know more about you. I wanna know what pisses you off, I want to know what makes you cry, so I can hold you in your arms. I want to know your favorite kind of cereal, I want to know you. Im afraid too, but Im not afraid to give this a try if your not." Nick smiled and grabbed Kerias small hands in his.
Keria took a deep breath " Nick, I dont know if im ready for all this."
Nick sighed deeply " Keria, I don't either, but I know im not ready to say goodbye. So if durring the hellos I fall in love. Well I don't think I could be happier."
Keria couldn't help but giggle through her tears " nick, that was so adorably corny, but I loved it. Im not ready to say goodbye either nick, But I dont know nick."
"We will go slow". Nick smiled and took her hand "So keira how about you help me bring these candles out here, and we can play monopoloy?"
Keria took nicks outstretched hands and helped him bring out the candles and helped him light them after she got dressed into nicks overysized clothes.
placing them all around the area were the board game was going to be.
nick whistled when he saw her. "**** Gurl you look much better in my clothes than I do." nick leaned up and kissed her, then pulled away.
"nick did you blow dry the dog, and he smells good what did you do?"
Keria was getting out the peices to the game and handing out the money to her and nick.
Nick lightly laughed " Yea, he better smell good I used a whole **** bottle of Frebreeze on him and I used my batteries from my gameboy ds, to put in my battery operated hair dryer. So I dried Nickers, he smelled horribly and I thought maybe if he looked a little nicer you would spare him his nuts." Nick said all serious and cutely, then at the end he laughed.
"Yea, he is peacefull sleeping but no they have to do something nick you will see, hes hornier than me and you combined after watching porn and drinking a whole bottle to tequila." Keria rolled her eyes and looked, at the money handing out the last little bit.
"horse or dog?" She asked nick, while he was still contemplating what she just told him.
"Uhhh, the car." Nick said.
"Nick, the only two peices you have here is the dog, and the horse. Nick how are we going to play this you need a magnifying glass to read the chance and community chest." Keria chuckled.
"Do you have a better Idea?" Nick chuckled in response " Its the Travel version, its not like I could carry my favorite monopy game every wheres with me."
Keria couldn't help but laugh he looked so innocently cute at that moment, and the way the candleligh hit his face. He almost looked angelic.
"Yea, I dunno but we can try." keira stated, when she saw nicks pout
"Well I do have another game, but I dont think you will want to play it."
nick laughed at kerias hopeful expression.
"Whats your idea genious." Nick asked dripped with scarcasm.
"Well, We could you know use that empty corona bottle and play spin the bottle?" Keria clapped her hands together in pure enjoyment.
Nick couldn't help himself but smile at her and her enthusiasm...
"Alright, Keira how old are you again."
Keria smirked and wiggled her eyebrows " Well maybe if your good, we can play 7 minutes in heaven too?"
Keira laughed at the expression that came over nicks face, like a little kid at Christmas seeing his presents for the 5th time after sneaking down stairs, really wanting to open his gifts. His parents said no they had to wait until the sun came up. Except Keria was the present that nick wanted to unwrap this time.
"Alright, so lets play this spin the bottle but keira how is it gonna work there is only 2 of us and the dog."
"Well the dog can play, but no tounge action for him cause thats kinda gross."
Keria shuttered at the thought.
"Alright, so Ill go first cause im the oldest." nick stated while getting up, through the candlelight to find the corona bottle, he sat down diagonally from keria cause he said chances are the bottle will be on a diagonal more so than straight across from her.
nick spun the bottle and it landed on the sofa " Keria, how does this work."
"you kiss the sofa" Keria stated matter a fact like.
"I am not kissing the sofa unless im drunk and wont remember in the morning."
nick chuckled at keria " Keria u know I luv ya, but this is dumb. I think miniture monopoly is better."
"Well carter, do you really think monoply would have us making out, it would have us *****ing at eachother I dont know about you but i get pretty **** agressive in that game. If you didn't trade with me, I would get pissed off." Keira stated " I think thats something you dont want to see quite yet".
Nick winked " No, your right I think I will take the chances of us making out."
nick sighed in defeat "Alright so I will kiss the sofa."
nick was about to pucker his lips and kiss the sofa, when he saw keria rumadging through his cubboards and found it. "Aha, Tequila and never been open." Keria smiled in triumph at her find.
"Keria, what are you doing baby?" nick walked over and wrapped his arms around and lightly kissed her neck.
"Nick alright heres the rules" Keria said as she took his hand and led him beside her and got 2 shot glasses. If you dont land on me, you have to take a shot. Same goes for me if you land on me you have to kiss me. Sound like a plan?" Keria smiled at nicks excited grin.
Nick smiled " Or if you dont want to take a shot you have to answer any question the person has for you."
"Ooooh, sounds like a plan, let the games begin baby." a hour later
Keria leaned over and kissed him before they started, when they pulled away nick asked " Keria, what was that for I didn't land on you."
"Well that was for good luck, Cause Baby your gonna need it" Nick smiled at her and let her finish her sentence " And this, is a pinch to grow an inch." Keria lightly laughed as she pinched his ***, as he slightly reached up to grab his 10 shot and answerd 5 questions already.
Nick laughed his girl was obviously getting a little hammered seeing as she didn't answer any questions so far, and took all the shots. nick shook his head knowing how she was gonna feel in the morrning.
Nick growled "Baby, why dont you answer a question instead of taking that shot, I dont want you to pass out on me, besides if you keep kissing me like that, and pinches to grow an inch. Im gonna keep growing more inches. If you get my drift." Nick laughed as he watched Keria sway back and forth.
"I am having so much fun Nick ko las." Keria said " Baby, your name has 3 syllabbbbllless."
"Keria, baby why dont you just answer a few questions while I put the tequila away, and get you some water. your pretty drunk."
"No im not drunk just Horny, ohh nick wheres the porn." Nick spit out his drink of water he poured.
"ummm, its keira lets sit on the couch and talk okay baby, Drink up."
"nicky, I wanna watch porn." Nick noticed she never called him nicky or whined he found it amazingly hot, and cute.
nick laughed " Keria, your drunk."
"Im not drunk, my face isn't even red, and my ears aren't hot." Keria stated while stumbling her way over the the mirror in the bathroom nick, close on her heels.
"Keia baby your glowing, and your ears are hot you almost look like an elf version of rudolph."
"Nick, your so funny and sexy, can we go to the closet now?"
Nick couldn't help himself but lean down and kiss her, which wasn't smart cause if he would of known how great the kiss was he never would of kissed her in the state she was in.
Keria sucked his tounge right into her mouth, she had her fingers all through his hair, with her free hand she grabbed his *** which was turning him on even more. nick pulled away.
"Keria, Baby I dont think we should go to the closet I dont think either of us can stand up that great". Nick said wobbling as the alcohol was starting to hit him.
"Well then why dont we go to the bed and lay down?" Keira wiggled her eye brows, and grabbed his hand and led him to the bed.
"Take me Nick." She giggled as she laid down sprawled out in nicks clothes on the bed.
Nick started to untie the drawstrings of her pants, and climbed on top of keria not intending on having sex, just a little fun. Nick leaned up and kissed her lips. He started to kiss her neck and he moved down her body and pulled up her shirt and kissed around her navel. Nick was about to move down her legs when he felt keria jolt.
Nick sat up, and noticed Kerias almost Green complexion..
"Keria you feel okay?" nick questioned as he rubbed her forehead.
"Nick, i think Im going to be sick." Keria stated as the room started to spin.
"Here, baby I'll help you out. I will take you to the bathroom and bring you some aspirn and water."
Keria took his hand and nick went to the kitchen to find what he needed.
He went back and pretty much saw kerias face, and the Sweat starting to form on her forehead when he watched her place her head over the toilet. And emtpy the contents of her stomach yet again. Nick held her hair and soothed her while rubbing her back.
"Baby, dont hold it in, let it out im right here okay?" Nick said as he rubbed her back in soothing circles and feeling his stomach get queezy with every lurch of her body, and tightening of her stomach.
"Better now?" Nick asked a few mins later.
"Here, use my toothbrush ill get a new one tomorrow". Nick said as he put the tooth paste on for her and turned on her tap. "After your done take a drink of this and these while I get you something a little more comfy to put on."
Nick dug and all he could find was his basketbally jersey it was the only thing clean. "Here sweetie put this on." nick handed it to her but noticing she was still pretty drunk he undressed her, and not once blinked at her body. He slipped the jersey on over her head. " There you go baby, now crawl into bed, im just going to blow out all the candles."
"Okay" Keria nodded and let nick tuck her in " Nick, your sleeping here right?"
"Do you want me too?" Nick asked after he kissed her forehead goodnite
Keria nodded in response " Yes, can we cuddle?" Keria asked in a little girls voive nick found utterably adorable.
Nick smiled lightly and crawled in behind her and wrapped his arms around her stomach but not to tight, in case she was still feeling sick. "There, you feel a little better hunny?"
Keria rolled over and gave him a chatised kiss on the lips and snuggled into the crook on his neck. " A little, thanks for taking care of me". Keria mumbled before she kissed his chest lightly " Good nite nick."
"I will always take care of you, good nite Keria". Nick said and held keria a little tighter.
Nick drifted off to sleep, but his last thought was someday we wont be affraid of those 4 letter words, someday we will embrace them.
