I'm happy that Adie is preggers but I dont like how she hasnt said anything to Nick yet. Hopefully she tells him first or somehow slips it out to him accidentally. I hope that they will work everything out and get back together sooner rather than later.

Her stubborness is killing me! lol. Can't wait for the next update :D

Thanks for your awesome comments, I'm glad you are enjoying my work! At the moment it is going to be a while before Nick finds out and I'm not completely sure on the circumstances surrounding how he will find out either but you can bet your bottom dollar he is going to be shocked beyond belief!

I like how she finally told someone that she's pregnant and that its Nick's or as you wrote "the guy I walked away from" that was a good touch,lol. I can't wait to see how Nick takes the news; I also hope she tells him first though and not her sister.

I love writing cliff hangers! I just think it keeps you guys interested and reading and if I gave it all away after building all that suspense you guys would be bored! LOL! I think she definetly needed to get the whole baby issue of her chest and at least she has told someone who she can trust but I think Chelle is also someone who isn't going to let her get away with not telling Nick for long!

HOLY CLIFF HANGER!!!!

This was an amazing chapter! By far my favorite one so far. You said that this was your first attempt at writing a chapter like this, I'm guessing your referring to the journal entrys? You did really well, I liked how you incorperated all different kinds of scenarios.

I love the fact that she is FINALLY coming to terms that its her and not just him. She does need to open up and atleast TRY like Nick is. I can honestly say though I was trying to figure out what skeletons were in her past....I can tell you I didn't see her as the kind of person that would be on her second pregnancy, that was totally out of left field. Great job!

I'm really happy with this chapter and I can't wait to see what else unfolds between the two of them. It should be really interesting now, especially with her bomb that she just dropped. I am glad though that she is saying all this around the doctor rather than just between her and nick. Great work, keep up with the fast updating!!

Thanks for your encouragement! i wasn't sure how people were going to react to the journal enteries! As for Adie - she has always known that she is as bad for Nick at sharing but she has wanted to try and hide behind Nick and his insecurities and hide her own. Something that she was never going to be able to sustain forever!

The next chapter is mainly going to center around Nick and his reaction because once again he has just found out some shocking news and once again it is in front of the same doctor! All this time Adie has been saying he can trust her but can he really? I am hoping to get a least one more chappie out before the end of the week so keep your eyes peeled!

In all honesty though, this was an okay chapter. This one didnt have alot in it like I thought it would, it didn't hook me persay. Don't get me wrong, there were some good points in the chapter but it just seems to simple. I do like how you started off the story from Nicks perspective and I also like how she FINALLY opened up to him (it took her long enough!)

I dont know, I guess I was just hoping for some more emotion or love from each of them in this chapter, considering she came back to him. I also thought that the scene where she finally told him about the abortion was just a little to common. I can say that I didn't see it having to deal with Mark but still that kind of situation doesnt seem all that scarring (then again you may get more detailed in some other chapters depending on if she goes to therapy.)

I do have an idea though, with the new article that Nick did in the isssue of People Magazine (which you should go pick up if you already haven't lol, maybe you could write his heart problem into the story line (he was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy which is a build up of toxins that prevents the heart from pumping blood efficiently.) Not like Nick & Adie need anymore drama but I just thought I would throw that out there.

This is one of my favorite stories and I will vote for you at the awards. Good luck and I can't wait to read the next chapter.

Thanks for your honesty. I like constructive critism because it shows you way to improve and sometimes people can be a little too nice instead of telling you like it is. I did struggle with this chapter purely because I didn't want to give too much away right at the beginning. I don't think Adie has realsied how deeply this effects her yet and therapy is going to play a huge role in getting to the bottom of everything. You will get more deatils over the next few chapters!! Then you should hopefully understand why she just recioled into herself like she did. There is still so much more drama to come!

I have read the article and did consider wiritng it in to this story but I just think it's going to be a little difficult because of the time span and I don't think Adie is the type of person to be with Nick when he was using, I think she would be the one to tell him straight. Don't worry though because this has given me an idea for another story that has been put on the back burner while I have been writing this one and I think it will fit oerfectly into Past, Present and Future!

I liked this chapter. My favorite part though was how you ended it. Adie is suprising me in every chapter, the way she just openly said, "I want you to come with me." & "I don't want there to be anything between us by the time she comes." is a HUGE thing for her. I am so glad that she is finally talking and showing her past and emotions.

Nick is doing a good job too. I really hope that he doesn't hold in his feelings anymore because that would just ruin the progress that he is making. I agree with him on the situation with Adies job. I dont really like her character working at the ER either while she is pregnant. I know he has an issue with her working their period but I just think its unsafe & unhealthy for her since she is pregnant. Not only is she putting her and the baby in danger but she is also around the sick people and what not. I just hope nothing happens to her or the baby.

With Nick going on tour things should be getting more interesting since they are back together and Adie is hormonal as ever! I hope that the baby doesn't come early as I really want Nick to be there (although the birth is still far off....hopefully!)

Nick & Adie are making good progress together. I just hope to see more scenes of them "in love & happy" especially before he goes away. It would be a nice change since we haven't seen that side of them in awhile.

It is a huge step for Adie to invite him alng but I think she wants to have everything sorted and out nthe open by the time the baby comes. I'm not sure if that is going to be possible because there is a lot of stuff! But she is a bit of a control freak like that.

You are going to see more of Nick over the next few chapters, I'm not sure if there is going to be anymore diary enteries, I need to think about how to slot them in but there is going to be a revealing therapy session in which Adie will realise a few things about him. It's going to mke her see why he has been so shut off. And you are going to get your wish about seeing them more in love and happy because I have a few aww so sweet scenes coming up!

Okay this week I am leaving a short review because I am really really sick.

This was a good update. This chapter was well detailed and I love how you decided to write a chapter about them taking a baby home. They definately needed the experience. I hope that Adie doesn't hold all those dreams in because its just going to eat away at her and by her holding all that in she is taking steps back instead of forward.

It was important to show them both with a newborn because it made Nick more confident and it also made Adie realsie what a huge mistake she could have possibly made. That is going to play a bigger part later. Also there definetly needed to be more aww factor in this story because it has been a bit of a downer so far and there is more down stuff to come as well!

This was a good chapter. I liked this one alot. Just when you thought she was making progress she withdraws back into herself and then when you thought she was going a certain way, bam she opens up! There were a few twist & turns in this one so it kept me on my toes!

I am so glad that Adie went to her dad and had a talk with him,instead of shutting down and not talking to anyone. I loved how Nick found her, they really needed to have that conversation because he needed to tell her his fears as well as she needed to tell him about the dreams. In all honesty I would be scared to leave too, if I had come home to just a note.

I'm interested to see how things are going to go while he's gone for a month. I just hope she doesn't go into labor! I like the new banner you have, but if I may ask, why did you change it? Correct me if I'm wrong but is that Nick & Lauren in the middle of the banner? I must say I really don't like Lauren, I know this is going to sound mean but she just isn't pretty enough. She always seems to not care what she looks like no matter where she is at, let it be going out to a club or going to the store; she looks very grungy. But if he's happy I guess that's all that matters.

I changed the banner because I was getting a bit bored with the old one. Yep you are right it is Lauren in the middle but I kind of think what you said about her was uncalled for. So she doesn't always have make up on, so she dressed down? Do you always where your heels and full makeup? I know I don't and kudos to her for not carign what the media think. After all its what's on the inside that counts and she obviosuly has something that Nick likes. I do like how much she resembles the girl on my old banner though! LOL!

Originally she was going to withdraw completely but it just felt like de ja vu and I thought you guys would get sick of her again. She is just as scared as Nick is but for different reasons. It is definetly going to be interesting while he is away that is for sure!
