The relationship between the brothers was absolutely adorable. I think you've pinned the relationships pretty well. Except, Nick seems a lot younger than 10 years old. Of course, I have a 12 year old brother, so it wasn't that long since he was 10, but that's just my opinion. Maturity is so overrated anyway... But, running away and stealing the puppy? I think I snorted coke on that... (But I didn't inhale). Haha!

Author's Response: hey thanks for the 10 year old comment. I decided after reading that to go ahead and make NIck 8. I do work with ten year olds everyday and they do say things like the puppy comment but as things unravel I thought it was a good idea ot make him a bit younger. Thanks for the input. ;)

First off, sorry for harping on your other chapter. I didn't realize that you had other words getting edited by an editor. That's why I absolutely hate giving advice on stories, because I'm afraid that people will take it wrong. So, I'm sorry on the first account. And, second, I'm amazed how you can take the seriousness of the first portion of a chapter and turn it to complete hysterics by the end. Describing the five children gave me heebie-jeebies. That's why I'm a little nervous about going into Pediatric Nursing. Dead kids just make me so sad sometimes, because they had their whole lives ahead of them, and to be brutally taken? *shudder* And the Precious Moments figurines? I love PM and that's just a little creepy. But AJ and Howie? Pure hysterics. I loved that part of the story so much and I was honestly laughing. Such a little punk-ass AJ is.

Author's Response: It's okay no worries and yes I think with a story like this it's important to blend comedy with the sadness so there will be a lot of nice family chapters to balance out the FBI ones. A lot of times both scenes wil be in the same chapter. Dead kis never a fun site. I went to a child's funeral today. Nothing is harder.

So much for a secret being a secret. Doesn't do much good when you're hollering it all around the joint, especially when you've got some loser trailing your butt and delivering you special messages. Duh... But, Anal String Bean? Sounds like me when I learn a new nursing term. Just have to use it with other words that make no sense!

I've been missing my Harry Potter series since reading the 7th book a few months ago. Not having another movie to watch out for until November, I decided that I might as well give fanfiction a try. I love Ron and Hermione and I've always been perturbed that Rowling would work so hard to bring two characters together and then vanish nineteen years between their first kiss and their marriage. So, I think this story is absolutely perfect. I love Ron showing angst instead of Harry for a change. Everyone is affected, not just the boy who lived. Love it. So much.
