Wow, I'm so glad to see an update to this story at last! Hopefully the next chapter won't be so long in the making? Really loved this chapter, you've really got a knack for writing Brian's mixed emotions. I think the relationship with his brother is written well, and I'm interested to see where that's going. Great stuff!
Author's Response: Like I said in the author's notes, it's all Darby's fault that I managed an update for this because she kicked my butt into gear with her slavedrivery. LoL. And no, I don't plan on taking so long to crank out the next chapter. In fact, the Update Forecast is calling for next Thursday. Really great chapter (this is Sarah btw)! I love how you're building up the tension between the boys, how AJ and Howie don't really know where they stand and who to support. Hope there's another chapter soon!

Though AJ had known about it, it's still hard with everything that's happening because of it, especially Nick's reaction. I'll definitely update soon! Thanks a bunch love :)
This was a great chapter. I really enjoyed reading the flashback into Brian and Leslie's relationship, but I think my favourite part was Brian's conversation with his mom. Like I've said before, you really know how to put across emotions, even with the supporting characters. I'm really looking forward to the next chapter with his conversation (if she stays on the phone) with Leighanne! Update soon! - Sarah

It was fun to write and it was definitely a different tone from the beginning of the chapter. :) I'm sorry I haven't updated recently but I'm going to within the next week or so! I PROMISE!
Great chapter! Poor Brian! Also, poor Leighanne. While she did a horrible thing to him by lying, it was obvious she couldn't let him go because she loved him in her own little way. Glad to see another update, hope the next one won't be too far away! - Sarah
Author's Response: Yay Sarah! I always love reading your reviews. They make me smile :) Leighanne did do a horrible thing, but like you said, she couldn't let him go. It's sad really, but at least it's over with. Sorry it's taken me so long to update, but I'm posting one day! I promise :)
Love this so far. Really love it when Brian's written against type, he definitely seems more shady than Nick here!
