I'm loving this story to bits and pieces and am glad that it's going well for you! my own on the other hand, is not so well. i think i got in before i really thought it through...so it probably won't be updated for a while. i thought i'd let my number one groupie know! love this story!

Kelly! Oh my gosh, I don't even know what to say! Except that, you are officially an amazing writer (I can't even compare or hope to compare to your amazing skills!)! That was a wonderful, perfect, fabulous ending! Everything was just right with just enough of a balance between sappy and perfect that this story ended up being wonderful! Ten stars out of five on this one!

Now will you PLEASE work on Whitmore Lake? Sarah's getting tired of waiting!

Author's Response: hehehe you called me \"amazing\" ...Just like Howie! Thanks hon! And I\'m glad you said it wasn\'t too sappy. I was worried about that several times in this story because most of the time its sooo NOT sappy that I was afraid the sappiness would feel out of place. But, if an \"amazing\" writer such as yourself says it works then it must! Yay! Now, about \"Whitmore Lake\"... I plan on trying to update that one a lot more regularly. I think Brian is getting more tired of waiting than even Sarah and lord knows I wouldn\'t want to keep my baby waiting! HAHAHA I LOVE BRIAN!!!!! (but you know that!) But I\'ve also gotten a lot of requests for \"The Day I Fall\" **coughs** LENNI **coughs** So hopefully I can update both equally! ok, the creepy factor was (on a scale of 1 to 10) 23.5 for the odd shapes that moved away from the fire. i'm glad nick keeps his wits about him, though. and, yay, they're in "greener pastures" so whoo-hoo for them!
keep up the fabulous updates!

oooh! Gunter's got some great enemies! i kinda figured he'd killed Lene's parents, but it's gotta be awful for her to hear she's trusted that man who ruined her family. i hope they get to nightingale hill alright! this story is fabulous and different, and i love it! keep up the great work!

first off...YAY! you updated! i'm so excited because i was just thinking, the other day, about where you'd disappeared off to because this story was just getting to the really interesting parts...or so it seems. And it is! I loved the parts about his balls as it made me chuckle. Also, I'm really curious now as to what Nick's powers are. But, I'm sure that, too, will come with time. I'm glad you explained why it was that everything had been empty in that town...I feel like, even though everything's starting to make more sense, there's still so much more that still needs to be explored...So don't leave us hanging on the updates!

I like the reference to Harry Potter! This was another great chapter. I was wondering when she was going to get older because it seemed she was 5 for awhile. I think it's interesting how you're showing Lene's conflicting memories of things from the far past and the near past (I hope that made sense) and just how confused she is. This story really is unlike any other I've read...so Yay for you!

Author's Response: Yeah! I was thinking up a chapter title, and I thought that would be a good one, especially since it\'s Lene\'s age. Interestingly enough, the way that Other World exists in the in-between spaces of the regular one kind of reminds me of how the wizarding world in Harry Potter does the same. I\'m glad you liked Lene\'s conflicting memories. Looks like between her and Nick, neither one of them has a clue what\'s going on. XD

Aww, that was cute! I liked how Lene helped him discover his powers, and you wrote of "unlocking the gate" in a way that seemed very simple and almost realistic--except, that it's not LOL Nice job! Update quick!

Sorry, I know it took a while to update this one, but I\'ve been pretty sick. :( It took me a while to get that other chap of my Cinderella one up too. But I am feeling better so hopefully it will pick back up. On the bright side I actually got to do a little reading. I got through all of \"A Write Kind Of Love\". Well what\'s written so far.
